In Term 1 we have had 71% or 120 of all tamariki attending school 90% or more of the time. While we have slipped below the 80% expectation of the Ministry of Education, this is still much better than the same time last year.

Daily attendance is important for tamariki to make the most of learning opportunities and build strong relationships with their peers and staff at school.

If your tamariki are absent from school please contact the office through the parent app, email, the school website, text or call the school.

It would be great to see if was can achieve the Ministry of Education goal in Term 2.
